　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　The Accounts Receivable Representative I will provide administrative support to the billing department. Performs a variety of clerical and patient support duties including receptionist, telephone, scanning, data input and billing.

　　ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

　　High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

　　Detail oriented and organized with attention to detail

　　Strong math skills, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task

　　Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook

　　Excellent customer services skills

　　Good written and verbal communication skills

　　Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations

　　POSITION REPONSIBILITIES

　　Copy, fax, and scan documents

　　Sort incoming correspondence (emails/faxes/mail) and distribute to appropriate departments

　　Sort print jobs, attach EOBs, address envelopes and mail to appropriate institutions

　　Data entry

　　Review and process returned mail

　　Answer patient phone calls

　　Assist in preparing statements for customers

　　Upload customer statements into web portal or database

　　Process patient/credit card statements

　　Perform outbound patient collection calls

　　Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as reflected on patient satisfaction surveys and other measurement tools
