Your Role and Responsibilities

A detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in e-invoicing and proficiency in tools such as ARIBA, Coupa, Tungsten, and Fieldglass. The role involves proactively addressing purchase order (PO) and tool-related issues, acting as a liaison between AR collectors and customers to facilitate faster payment collections. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of AR processes. Responsibilities include managing and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate invoicing, and providing exceptional customer support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1 Year + of relevant Experience on AR Activity's

Accounting Finance Fundamental

Accounts Reconciliation ( Cash Management )

B2B, e-invoicing,

Tools knowledge like ARIBA, Coupa, Tungsten, Fieldglass etc is must

Strong Team Work skills

Strong Analytical Problem Solving

Excellent Verbal and Writing and communication

Negotiation

Excellent Verbal and Writing and communication

Critical Thinking

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge on other tools like SAP will be an added advantage
