　　About the job:

　　We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the revenue process from quote to cash including managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have an attention to detail, and can communicate well.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Owner of the Revenue Process from quote to cash, including ensuring timely billing and cash collections Responsible for working with sales on non-standard revenue deal requests and properly account for them in accordance with ASC 606 Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to ensure contractual terms are appropriately reflected in the system and billing Assist in the preparation and submission of AR invoices for our retail partners Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive Quote to Cash excellence as we scale What you need:

　　4+ years of Accounting or Audit experience, with Revenue/AR preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related Proficiency with NetSuite or a similar software product is a plus Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with a curiosity about functions and data Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills The fine print:
