Description This exciting position for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk for a growing company is being filled by Robert Half. Taking on this role, you will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain a cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. The team is growing quickly and needs a self-starter to become part of the accounting team! With high attention to detail, you will be processing full-cycle AP and handling a significant number of invoices per week. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values and culture of the organization

　　Correspond with clients to resolve payment issues and set up payment plans

　　Process payments and assemble segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Supply shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders with information as requested

　　Follow standard procedures to perform basic accounting tasks, such as general accounting

　　Post and balance financial data in various ledgers to reconcile bank accounts

　　Verify the correctness of documents and codes Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred

　　Efficient in ERP systems

　　Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　High attention to detail

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
