Description Robert Half has a tremendous opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional at a growing company. You will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in different ledgers

　　Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment

　　Confirm documents and codes

　　Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks

　　Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans

　　Provide information, as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stakeholders

　　Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values and culture of the organization

　　Sort out payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP Requirements - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Knowledgeable of ERP systems

　　Aging Reports experience required

　　Proven knowledge of account reconciliation

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　Collections experience preferred

　　Experience with billing

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field desired

　　Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular
