　　Primary Function:

　　Responsibilities include maintaining cash receipt files, preparing and posting cash batches to the AR& cash receipt subledgers, analyzing AR aging, and AR statement generation.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Generate, prepare, and update daily cash receipts summaries

　　Accurately and efficiently post payments to customer accounts

　　Reconcile cash posted in JDE to bank deposits reports.

　　Prepare and distribute month-end and year-end AR statements

　　Follow up with Customers regarding past due invoices.

　　Work with Sales/Customer Service to resolve pricing discrepancies and deductions

　　Release sales orders on hold

　　Prepare / Provide support documentation for SOX and IA AR compliance audits

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Associates degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent experience

　　Minimum 2 years manufacturing accounting experience

　　Experience with ERP's, MRP's and Microsoft Office products

　　Experience with customer reconciliations

　　Strict attention to detail; highly organized and productive

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills
