If so, this the job for you! Randstad is recruiting for a client in the North Phoenix area who is looking for accounts payable specialists on a temp-to-hire basis.

　　salary: $26 - $28 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　education: No Degree Required

　　Responsibilities

　　 Verify 3-way match for inventory invoices

　　 Prepare batches for weekly check runs

　　 Obtain necessary approvals and enter invoices

　　 Establish new vendor files and maintain W-9s for annual 1099 data

　　 Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary ledger to general ledger

　　 Review accounts payable batches for accuracy

　　 Reconcile vendor statements

　　 Research and correct discrepancies

　　 Maintain accounts payable files in an organized manner

　　 Assist with month end close
