Description

　　Robert Half is trying to fill an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position with an organization that offers a stimulating work environment among a team of experienced, motivated professionals. The primary focus of this role is matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus.

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Accomplish full-cycle A/P

　　Requirements

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent attention to detail
