　　Purpose of the Job

　　Ensure Accounts Payable and Travel &Expense related processes and controls are implemented in Taiwan.

　　Main Accountabilities

　　Review and approve T&E claims in Concur. Ensure T&E claims are accurately processed.Guide users to correct the wrong T&E claims and provide/support necessary training.Archive of T&E/Concur hard copy receipts and supporting documents.Prepare monthly report of all users who have submitted incorrect claims.Check T&E related KPIs and ensure that noncompliance and escalated.Review Cash Gifting related expenses and ensure necessary supporting documents and approvals are secured and available.Handle corporate card application.Responsible for local banking activities such as FX bid for FX related payments.Prepare necessary documents, submit to Citibank manual related payments, and check/review the bank statement.Ensure rebate related credit note are processed accurately and timely.Manage the exception processes related to tax and fee charges.Responsible to archiving of invoice copies/supporting documents.Manage and provide the supporting documents required for audit.Manage the Custom Duty transactions by ensuring supporting documents are consolidated per bank requirements.Ensure STP processed and control are adhered and implemented per design.
