　　Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)

　　Shifts: Part time(20-25 hours), Monday - Thursday

　　Location: Port Neches, TX

　　What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Secretary? You’ll be:

　　• Monitoring A/P vendor email inbox

　　• Reviewing incoming invoices

　　• Checking SAP for goods receipts, invoice quantity, and price

　　• Sending emails to the field for missing goods receipts

　　• Processing vendor invoices into Payables

　　• Electronically attaching vendor invoices to SAP documents

　　• Electronically filing vendor invoicing into network folders

　　• Reviewing vendor statements

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Are comfortable working in a plant environment

　　• Have experience in accounts payable

　　• Are detail-oriented and organized

　　• Possess strong computer skills

　　• Are proficient in using SAP (preferred, but not required)
