Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in full-cycle accounts payable

Ability to processing 150+ invoices daily

Experience with 10-key

Experience with intermediate Excel functions preferred!

Job Description:

Process a high volume of invoices: Accurately review, code, and process invoices in a timely manner.

Vendor management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and statements.

Expense reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Payment processing: Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

Record keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Reporting: Assist in month-end closing and generate reports as needed.

Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
