Responsibilities Interface both internally and externally to assure the corporate effort will result in projects that meet the customers’ requirements. Maintain cognizance of all Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) activities through conferences, meetings, correspondence, reports, and recommendations Advise the Director of Programs on general courses of action, implementation, and execution plans. Apply an extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, and practices for the agency. Establish policies and ensures compliance, directs improvements, and acts as liaison between subordinate supervisors and the Director of Programs. Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining effective management processes and a work environment conducive to effective integration. Participate with supervisor in formulating and implementing plans and goals to assure effectiveness and technical quality for District’s mission.
