  Accounts Payable Clerk

  Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM (Flexible)

  $28.00-$30.00/HR

  3 Month Contract + Possible Extension

  This role will be responsible for daily Accounts Payable AP transaction processing, liaison with vendors internal partners to resolve vendor invoice / payment issues.

  About:

  This role will also assist in AP month-end close recons analysis process. A successful candidate would be someone who has a strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, strong collaboration.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Process vendor invoices with three-way matching

  Work with vendors, Purchasing, Receiving, and end users to solve AP problems in a timely manner Monitor AP emails.

  Respond investigate AP related inquiries Assist with check runs AP month-end close reconciliations, analysis journal entries

  Other duties as assigned

  Job Qualifications:

  Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related business filed major;

  2+ years of accounting experience

  Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and accurate;

  BEING ACCURATE IS A MUST

  Demonstrate ownership, responsibility initiative.

  Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently

  .Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, fast adaption of ERP other system tools Ability to strive in a fast pace environment.
