Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Lead to join our dynamic and growing team in Solana Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable operations and procedures.

Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.

Develop and maintain accounts payable reports for management.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements.

Manage month-end closing of accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and staff to resolve any discrepancies.

Identify process improvements to accelerate the accounts payable process and increase efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
