About the Job

　　Join the FHS-Landauer Accounts Payable team. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator, in our Glenwood, Illinois location. In this role, you would be responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable as well as other duties associated with accurately maintaining the Accounts Payable functions for the company. This will all be done while working within an environment that strives for continuous improvement. We train and develop our teams to be successful in their roles and prepare them for new opportunities, as they become available.

　　Responsibilities

　　Voucher vendor invoices; Both PO and Non-PO

　　Ensure all invoices have approvals, accurate account coding and supporting documentation.

　　Prepare check runs.

　　Process credit card, ACH, and wire payments

　　P-card Reconciliations for travel cards and purchasing cards.

　　Purchase order 3-way match

　　Knowledge and familiarity with Chart of Accounts and GL coding

　　Assist with annual 1099 processing.

　　Assist with vendor file maintenance.

　　Assist with driving continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable Department

　　Analyze and resolve problematic invoices to process accordingly.

　　Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc reports and special projects.

　　Analyze Accounts Payable reports.

　　Assist with various audits and provide data.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 3 years previous Accounts Payable experience

　　High school diploma or equivalent experience.

　　Agresso, or other ERP systems experience is a plus.
