　　Randstad is working with a client who is a prominent food retailer. They are looking to add an additional Accounts Payable Coordinator to their team! This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position located in Lakewood, CO. If you are an experience with high volume retail. purchase orders, and are fluwnt in Excel today!

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities:

　　Daily processing of vendor invoices with Purchase Orders using a 3-way match.

　　Ensure timely and accurate data input into the system.

　　Code invoices to the appropriate GL Account and Cost Center/Category.

　　Maintain relationships and respond promptly to information requests from internal (Stores, Home Office) and external (vendors) customers.

　　Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.

　　While this outlines general responsibilities, all employees are expected to be proactive and contribute as needed for the company's success.

　　Qualifications:

　　1 year of Accounts Payable experience or an associate degree is required; SAP experience is advantageous.

　　Preferred experience in high-volume retail settings.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic knowledge of Excel.

　　Ability to use a 10-key adding machine by touch.

　　Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

　　Capable of multitasking and prioritization.

　　Professional written, verbal, and communication skills.

　　Ability to establish strong customer-focused relationships with stores, vendors, colleagues, managers, and other departments within the company.

　　Detail-oriented and adept at maintaining applicable supporting documentation.
