　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join a robust team and assist with a crucial project involving AP, data entry, and statement research. The Accounts Payable clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of accounts payable transactions within a dynamic gaming organization. Accounts Payable clerks with prior 2-way and 3-way match experience is highly preferred, but not required.

　　Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk

　　Invoice Entry: Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices into the financial systems.

　　Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all information is entered into the relevant systems promptly.

　　Statement Research: Conduct thorough research on vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

　　System Proficiency: Utilize various financial systems specific to the gaming industry to carry out daily tasks and ensure seamless processing.

　　10-Key Skills: Demonstrate fast and accurate 10-key skills to enhance efficiency in data entry tasks.

　　Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally, maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.

　　Reliability: Consistently meet deadlines and work effectively within a team to contribute to the success of the project.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role is preferred, not required.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
