Job Summary

The Client Liaison will support the CI Sales teams post sale by being the primary point of contact for our customers and indirect partners. The Liaison will be responsible for managing customer/partner expectations, providing status updates, and ensuring all customer/partner needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and partners, managing all post sale communication and expectations.

Build strong relationships with customer/partners through consistent, professional, and responsive communication.

Serve as a resource for customers/partners on company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Escalate client concerns and issues to appropriate internal departments in a timely manner. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. (Liaise between the customer and internal teams).

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer/partner experience and make recommendations to sales leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required plus four years of experience. Bachelor’s Degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred plus two years of experience.

Experience:

Experience in customer service or client relations. Sales experience preferred. Additional education or experience may be preferred.

Familiarity with CRM software.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent listening skills.

Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

SP20-004

Compensation Range:

$52,488.00-65,610.50 USD
