The Account Executive - Online sales plays a vital, strategic role here at LinkedIn. You'll focus on the finding ways to enable the team to flawlessly execute their campaigns as well increase our internal net promoter score. This includes providing technical assistance, developing team members, iterating and evolving the work flows, and being the point of accountability for the local team. Additionally, you'll represent the larger org for any regional advertiser issues. Patient, smart, adaptable and dedicated, you also possess great time- management skills and the ability to multi task. Possessing a high EQ is also vital to success.
Responsibilities :
Build and manage relationships with our strategic online advertising clients and agencies based out of Australia and New Zealand.
Drive ongoing strategic marketing conversations and provide optimization recommendations to meet client objectives
Experiment with and codify optimization techniques for your clients to improve performance and drive incremental revenue, while scaling those techniques for the rest of our advertisers
Frequently and concisely share the progress of internal and external initiatives, including the business impact and recommended next steps
Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a consistent customer experience, identify opportunities to improve products/features and deliver results
Drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business leveraging LinkedIn’s various tools
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
4+ years in digital or media sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in managing and customizing recommendations to a large customer base
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform recommendations
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
Exhibit verbal and written communication skills at all levels; a positive client-facing attitude
Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
