　　We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced CNO Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA . As a CNO Developer, you will play a vital role in our mission to protect national security. You will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge hardware and software-based CNO capabilities. Your expertise in security concepts and networks will be essential in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our systems. Effective communication with leadership and customers, as well as adherence to software standards, will be crucial in this role.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

　　Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

　　Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.

　　Communicate status with leadership and customers.

　　Ensure software standards are met.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent and 1+ years of relevant work experience

　　or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

　　Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.

　　Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

　　Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).

　　Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

　　CNO capability development experience.

　　Experience managing/leading teams.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.

　　Understanding of assembly programming concepts.

　　Unit Test experience.

　　Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).

　　Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

　　Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Active/current Secret or interim Secret clearance is required.Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

　　Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.

　　Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

　　Ability to work with data.

　　Mobility within a laboratory setting.

　　Perform repetitive motions.
