Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Roseville, Minnesota. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing vendor accounts, maintaining precise records, and ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage new vendor accounts, collecting necessary documentation to guarantee tax compliance.

• Manage and promptly address any payment inquiries received through the accounting email, resolving any issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments to investigate and resolve any discrepancies on purchase orders.

• Handle the input and coding of all vendor invoices into the system, ensuring they are assigned to the correct general ledger account.

• Oversee the company credit card statement, tracking and entering itemized invoices/transactions and payments.

• Ensure accurate and compliant processing of payments for international vendors, taking into account currency exchange rates.

• Conduct regular payment runs, utilizing methods such as check, EFT, and wire transfers.

• Maintain an efficient and organized filing and records management system for all payable documents.

• Match vendor invoices with corresponding purchase orders.

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and review vendor statements to confirm consistency with company records, resolving any discrepancies as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for accurate financial reporting.

• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP) to manage company's financial obligations.

• Experience with Check Runs is necessary for efficient payment processes.

• Must be adept at Coding Invoices for proper categorization and tracking.

• Possess strong Data Entry skills to ensure accurate and timely input of financial data.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is required for the effective management of payments.

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software is necessary for streamlined financial operations.

• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching is essential for ensuring accurate invoice payments.
