Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the banking industry, based in Florence, South Carolina. This role primarily involves the processing and management of customer credit applications and accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.

• Regularly update and maintain customer credit records.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.

• Closely monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.

• Execute check runs and code invoices for payment.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all customer information is up-to-date.

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all financial data aligns.

• Perform other accounts payable related tasks as required

Requirements • Candidate must possess excellent skills in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Must be able to conduct Check Runs effectively

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is a must

• Candidate should have strong Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing is essential

• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in the Banking industry is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
