Description We are in need of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Waste, Refuse Environmental Waste Management industry based in San Jose, California. This role involves managing the AP distribution Outlook inbox, printing, opening, and distributing invoices and mail, filing, and providing general admin support that the team may need. The employment type for this position is temporary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts Payable distribution Outlook inbox

• Print, open, and distribute invoices and mail as required

• File and organize records and documents appropriately

• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, and Data Entry

• Process invoice using tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Assist in managing accounts and performing account reconciliation

• Work on check runs and coding invoices

• Perform data entry tasks and process invoices efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable (AP)

• Experience with check runs and coding invoices

• Proficient in data entry and invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus

• Experience with QuickBooks software is beneficial

• Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage

• Previous experience in the Waste, Refuse Environmental Waste Management industry is desirable but not mandatory

• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
