Prather Property Services is looking to fill 2 Landscape Laborer positions. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position from 4/1/2024 to 11/29/2024.Begin/report to work: 6391 Morning Sun Rd, Oxford, Butler County, OH 45056 @ $16.69/hr. Employer will transport workers daily between report to work address and additional worksites.Additional worksites: (work throughout the following counties/areas): Boone, KY, Butler, OH, Campbell, KY, Clermont, OH, Dearborn, IN, Fayette, IN, Franklin, IN, Hamilton, OH, Kenton, KY, Preble, OH, Union, IN, Warren, OH and areas of Central Indiana nonmetropolitan area, Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN, West Northwestern Ohio nonmetropolitan area.Duties: Care for established lawns and landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, litter & debris. Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, plant trees, shrubs & flowers. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges while standing on the ground. Water trees, shrubs, flowers, & lawns. Operate equipment or vehicles such as pruning shears, saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, leaf blowers, trimmers, mowers, skid steers, or small work trucks & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.Terms: Employer will comply with all applicable Federal, State and local employment-related laws and regulations such as wages, breaks, hours worked, and overtime hours (overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. If overtime is worked, wage is paid at 1.5x regular rate of pay per hour worked beyond 40 hours each week.).Requirements: Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone.
