　　Interviewing immediately!! Well respected non-profit organization is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. If you're looking to take your career to the next level, we might have a job for you. Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerks who can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks will be interested in this position with a dynamic organization with a growing team. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle AP experience. This opportunity offers a 37.5/hr work week along with 100% paid benefits for the employee.

　　What you get to do every single day

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Operate full-cycle A/P

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Requirements - 3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Highly organized and self-motivated

　　Foundational knowledge in non-profit fund accounting

　　Blackbaud experience preferred

　　Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Prepaids experience highly desired
