　　We are partnering up with an excellent organization in North County and are actively seeking a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. If you bring analytical prowess, exceptional organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Excel, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and promptly.

　　Reconcile accounts payable transactions, addressing discrepancies as needed.

　　Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.

　　Leverage analytical skills to contribute to financial reporting and analysis.

　　Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.

　　Strong analytical and organizational skills.

　　Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

　　Experience with ERP software (Oracle, Solomon, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson) is preferred.

　　Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
