Description Robert Half is trying to fill an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position with an organization that offers a stimulating work environment among a team of experienced, motivated professionals. This position works closely and reports to the Accounting Manager and handles all general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department. The candidate will primarily focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Moon Twp, Pennsylvania area and will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire position.

　　Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Perform full-cycle A/P

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents Requirements - Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Strong familiarity with Accounting Functions

　　Accounting Entries experience preferred

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
