Description

　　Robert Half presently has an opening for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Glen Allen, Virginia area and will be a long-term position. In this dynamic department, career growth and quick advancement is possible. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Operate full-cycle A/P

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Requirements - Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud ERP

　　Cloud ERP experience required

　　Coding Invoices experience

　　Proficiency in Enter Vendor Invoices

　　Adeptness in Manage Vendor Relationships

　　Billing Functions experience highly desired

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
