　　A manufacturing organization in the East of Pittsburgh needs a temporary-to-hire Accounts Payable clerk!

　　The Accounts Payable Specialist would be responsible for the following duties:

　　• Process invoices

　　• Investigates and resolves discrepancies with invoices

　　•3-way matching

　　• Prepares check runs, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and annual 1099s.

　　• Assists with reports, monthly closings, and yearly audits.

　　• Reconciliation of accounts

　　Requirements

　　• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　• Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
