Description Robert Half has an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk opportunity that offers a stimulating work environment with a team of highly skilled professionals. While working closely and reporting to the Accounting Manager, the candidate in this role will be expected to manage the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks will be the main focus points in this role. 　　What you get to do every day

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Implement full-cycle A/P

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis

　　Help with internal and external audits as required

　　Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

　　Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department

　　Carry out additional projects as required

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time Requirements - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Knowledge of expense reports

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
