　　We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team in the UK. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and providing support to the finance department.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Processing of invoices and credit notes

　　• Matching and coding purchase orders

　　• Reconciling supplier statements

　　• Resolving supplier queries

　　• Processing payments and managing petty cash

　　• Ensure timely payment of invoices

　　• Assist with month-end close procedures

　　• Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation

　　Requirements:

　　• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role is essential

　　• Strong numerical and data entry skills

　　• Attention to detail and accuracy

　　• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

　　• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software systems

　　• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
