　　Basic Job Functions:

　　This position includes but is not limited to

　　Input invoices into Accounts Payable system.

　　Identifying, researching, collaborating with others to correct invoicing issues.

　　Processing of accounts payable payments in accordance with the terms and conditions

　　Reconciling and processing special payments including but not limited to scrap, alloys, freight, credit card and employee expense reports.

　　Preparing internal and external reports, including annual tax schedules, 1099s and internal audit reports.

　　Assisting with monthly and yearly closing process.

　　Additional miscellaneous requests as needed.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum: Associates degree in Accounting, Business or related field or 2 years related experience. Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or closely related field.
