　　BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as AP Accountant our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo (CO).

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Assist the Accounts Payable team and be co-responsible for the input of purchase invoices and expense notes; follow up on timely payment of suppliers; assure completeness of costs during the closing;

　　Review of incoming invoices with regard to legal requirements and forwarding via an electronic workflow for approval;

　　On-time preparation and handling of payment runs;

　　Account clarification and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance in ERP;

　　Processing and recording of travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations.

　　Education & Experiences

　　Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture;

　　5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role;

　　Experience with SAP;

　　Strong Excel skills;

　　Advanced analytical skills;

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

　　Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;

　　Availability to travel;

　　Fluent in English.
