　　Obtain all invoices

　　Print all emailed invoices

　　Open all invoices received via USPS

　　Invoice Approval

　　Verify correct costs for all supply invoices in the system

　　Verify correct charges or obtain approval for all non-trade invoices

　　Invoice Problem Resolution

　　Enter credit memo requests on-line for all vendors

　　Posting Invoices

　　A/P Calls and Emails

　　Answer all calls and emails regarding outstanding invoices
