　　Position Summary

　　We are looking for a suitable incumbent to assist in accounting receivable and other accounting related matters for a period of 6-month.

　　Duties

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　I. Accounts Receivable

　　• Check sales & service invoices against Purchase orders and delivery order

　　• Merge & upload invoices with DO via AP-Direct, Esker

　　• Merge & email invoices with DO to customers

　　• Send and check monthly Statement of Account to customers

　　• Process daily incoming customers’ receipts

　　• Assist the senior accountant on AR collection issues

　　• Update of other receivables schedule

　　II. Other

　　• Perform other ad hoc accounting related assignments and tasks as assigned.

　　Education Degree

　　Vocational/Technical in Accounting

　　Required Experience

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

　　Diploma of 1-2 years working experience, preferably in accounts receivables.

　　Experience in ERP system usage (SAP) and Excel skills preferred.

　　A hands-on person with a keen eye for details and team player

　　Self-driven, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines

　　Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with staff at all departments within the organization.

　　Be able to work under pressure and deliver accuracy

　　Possesses strong problem-solving skill and not afraid to ask

　　Bi-lingual in both English and Mandarin
