The Opportunity:
In this newly created role as the Account Administrator, you will provide wider accounts support to our Land business leadership and employee group. The scope of this role is broad, so no two days will be the same. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Attend and support weekly Project Team Meetings.
Respond to / redirect MS Team chats from Project Team members, Leads and other business lines.
Arrange Project related travel for Project Team members.
Assist Travellers with their Expense Reconciliation.
Collate Travel Expense Receipts in preparation for client invoicing.
Maintain Defence and KBR mandatory training spreadsheets.
Organise training workshops.
Assist employees with timesheets and supporting issues and escalations.
Manual entry of timesheets for contractors and internal staff as required.
Support the onboarding of new starters – tasks may include setting up IT equipment, conducting induction training, and supporting IT access.
Support offboarding actions and exit activities.
Develop and maintain underspend, expenditure and utilisations reports as required.
Respond to and support internal and external Audit requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Qualifications in Business, IT or similar are highly regarded.
Experience using Defence Systems (desired) or working in a Defence industry business.
Experience working in a similar role where excellent time management and organisational skills were essential.
Strong relationship stakeholder management skills and experience.
Current Defence Security Clearance – Baseline (desired but not essential)
