Position Summary
The primary focus of the Accounting Systems Analyst is to be the Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) on how the various financial & reporting systems, and business intelligence software work and interface. Be the trusted advisor and be a driver for continuous process improvements leveraging technology. You will also support the Finance team in performing some day-to-day accounting and reporting activities. You will report to the Finance Director (“FD”) and work closely together with other business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Become the Subject Matter Expert for our ERP-platform JDE (Oracle), the consolidated financial reporting system (OneStream), and our Business Intelligence software (Insight/Hubble).
Contribute to continuous process improvements by leveraging digital technologies and be a driver for technology enhancements.
Maintain and update accounting records in the ERP-system (JDE) to ensure accurate actual costing.
Manage the monthly cycle count reporting and inventory adjustments.
Review and updating of various weekly/daily reports for both internal and external parties.
Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

Demonstrated proficiency with Excel to handle large amounts of data.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field with 2+ years related work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.#LI-EK1
