Description

　　Accounting Specialist needed for multi entity construction company in Chesapeake. As the Accounting Specialist you will work with a dynamic team to maintain accurate records of financial transactions for various entries, ensuring proper approvals and general ledger coding and making entries into various ERP's, assist with bi-weekly payroll, prepare various recurring and ad hoc reports, work with customer and vendor files and records and process AP and AR, reconcile general ledger accounts and balances and follow up on clients with balances. You will also scan documents and make sure all files have been updated appropriately. Expand your accounting career and work for a family-oriented company.

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting

　　Proficiency with Excel and any ERP system

　　Strong attention to detail
