We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. As the Accounting Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for restraint processing, asset verifications, and mobile deposit processing, as well as other accounting and bookkeeping procedures. If you have basic accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and work well independently as well as with others to complete tasks, we want to talk to you! What You’ll Do As An Accounting Specialist (Responsibilities): Process levies and restraining notices Conduct asset verification Process mobile deposits Maintain all related files and ensure files are backed up Cross train in other functional areas of the department Provide backup to all bookkeeping processes Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 / hour, based on experience Apply NOW for immediate consideration!
