　　We are looking for a talented and motivated Accounting & Sourcing Intern . During your internship you will interact with various departments from our team in Portugal and gather hands-on experience within the finance area. The internship will run for one year and you will have the chance to experience different challenges across different departments.

　　You will be working from Boehringer Ingelheim’s offices in Portugal .

　　YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Support Finance and Tax compliance within Accounting tasks;

　　Support in the resolution of blocked invoices;

　　Reconciliation of vendor’s statements;

　　Expense reports management;

　　Develop and support process improvements;

　　Handle queries / demands coming from BPs or suppliers;

　　Support BPs with all relevant information to start Procurement process;

　　Provide sourcing support for some categories in accordance with existing policies and procedures;

　　Provide support regarding Fleet Management – reports and update of existing files;

　　Create and execute CorA contract based on available templates;

　　Support Facilities management;

　　Administrative support to several tasks.

　　WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM?

　　Your passion, creativity and enthusiasm;

　　Educational background in Economics, Accounting, Business Management or similar;

　　Excellent command of the Portuguese and English language is mandatory;

　　Previous work experience is considered a plus;

　　Good interpersonal and communication skills;

　　Accountable: Prioritizes work and drives execution excellence through accuracy, discipline and collaboration;

　　Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;

　　Profound knowledge of standard MS Office programs;

　　Taste for challenging and eager to learn.
