　　Job Title: Accounting Manager

　　Job Overview:

　　We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and manage our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the company's overall business objectives.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Leadership and Management:

　　Lead and manage the Accounting Department, providing guidance and support to team members.

　　Oversee accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

　　Financial Reporting and Analysis:

　　Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.

　　Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

　　Internal Controls and Compliance:

　　Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.

　　Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proactively address any potential issues.

　　Collaboration:

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

　　Foster effective communication and cooperation between the Accounting Department and other departments.

　　Tax Management:

　　Lead the team and tax advisors on income, sales & use, and property tax filings.

　　Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

　　Process Optimization:

　　Streamline and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

　　Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in financial operations.

　　Requirements

　　Financial Operation, Cost Accounting, Monthly Financial Statements Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.

　　Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.

　　Excellent leadership and team management skills.

　　Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

　　Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
