　　Are you a practical Accounting Manager with recent experience in accounting at a Law Firm? If you have a knack for establishing and regulating an organization's accounting and finance procedures, this job might be for you. You will succeed in this Accounting Manager position with a boutique law firm that you can take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties, but also conduct hands on A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.. 　　Your responsibilities

　　-Process Accounts Payable

　　Process Accounts Receivable, including client billing and collections; maintain client database.

　　Record financial transactions and balance books

　　Manage and process payroll using outside payroll service

　　Prepare Annual 1099s

　　Familiar with Cal State Bar rules on trust accounting; maintain Client Trust accounting records

　　Prepare financial statements and reports for partners

　　Work with CPA for year-end Tax planning and knowledge of tax compliance

　　Preparation of year-end pension and profit-sharing plan accounting and coordination with plan administrator

　　Firm bank account(s) reconciliation

　　Requirements

　　3-5+ years working in accounting at a law firm

　　Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills

　　Experience with Form 1099

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of bi-Monthly Payroll

　　Experience compiling and analyzing Financial Statements

　　Full charge bookkeeping or Accounting experience required in a law firm
