We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our team in the Real Estate and Property industry, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will be tasked with handling a variety of responsibilities, including managing financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and coordinating HR-related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee office administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Coordinate and administer HR processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and timely.

• Handle real estate accounting tasks, including property transactions and financial reporting.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary.

Requirements • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Extensive experience in Office Administration

• Expertise in using QuickBooks for financial management

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Real Estate Accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex accounting issues

• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software including Vlookups and pivot tables

• Experience with creating financial statements and tax returns

• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough attention to detail

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification would be a plus.
