Monitor and examine corporate parts processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Have a complete understanding of the parts marketing claim and reconciliation processes. Communicate and establish relationships with other Cleveland Brothers departments to ensure a superior customer experience.Responsibilities:- Maintain corporate parts inventories as directed- Review and process all vendor stock orders daily, as well as reconcile invoices and discrepancies- Understand Caterpillar stock order process and assist when needed- Monitor vendor and Caterpillar back orders and expedite when needed- Submit and reconcile parts marketing claims- Handle other duties or tasks as directed by supervisor- Evaluate and lead with the knowledge gained through the Parts Department procedures and policies- Assist personnel with inquiries and provide preventative guidanceRequirements:- Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to work cooperatively and communicate effectively- Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box- Knowledge and understanding of parts operations and their impact on current inventory systems- Must be able to maintain reporting systems to provide management with informationEducation and Experience:- Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2 years' equivalent experience- Must possess advanced computer skills.
