You will work closely with the Regional Finance Manager, as well as the Corporate Finance team, to facilitate the month-end close process and provide guidance to the regional team throughout the month with day-to-day accounting operations at the Service Centers (including supervising invoicing, payables, job costing, payroll, etc.).Perform month-end close process, including processing journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reportingWork daily with the Area General Manager to support business decisions and drive process improvement and profitability in the financial and operating value streamsWork with the Regional Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis with the Service Center, including annual budget developmentProvide guidance to the Service Center Finance staff for job costing, inventory counting & analysis, accounts payable, labor entry, expense reportingTravel 20% to support Service Center staffPerform Ad-Hoc analysis to drive data-based decisions to grow sales and profitabilityQualifications and Competencies:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 5 years of Accounting experience preferredMinimum 3 years of Managerial Accounting experience preferredProficient with MS Excel/Word/OutlookWorking knowledge of accounting systems and month-end close processesBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)401k Employer MatchBonus IncentivesTuition Reimbursement ProgramMedical, Dental and Vision plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)And more!For Colorado based candidates, the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.For California based candidates, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.The Company makes offers based on many factors, including qualifications and experience.Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
