Experis is seeking an Accounting Manager for one of our clients in the northern Milwaukee area. The position will be responsible for statement review, reconciliations, liaise with external auditors and more . This is a FT, direct hire opportunity with a very competitive salary, benefits plus bonus eligibility.
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Northern Milwaukee
Pay Range: 90-125k annually, plus comprehensive benefits and bonus
What’s the Job?
Performs consolidation for monthly/quarterly accounting close
Review of consolidating journal entries for accuracy
Prepares monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports and manages the internal review
Creates and maintains calendar for the financial close and company financial performance presentations
Assists with the coordination of annual audit procedures with external auditors
Implements and maintains reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
Coordinates and manages consolidation, analysis and reconciliation of key accounts
Identifies, interprets, and analyzes potential accounting risks and issues
Assists with accounting and review of corporate ledger.
Assists with other projects or duties as assigned.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of progressive Accounting experience and proven leadership history
Strong US GAAP knowledge
Financial statement and balance sheet experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
