Job summary:
The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing payment and receivables from projects and vendors. They will also ensure all documentation for contracts, payment to vendors, suppliers and subcontractors and receipt of payments from projects. The Accounting Coordinator will also coordinate all Owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders for projects. They will work with the Project Manager to ensure they have all required paperwork required to complete and turn into the Owner or vendor. This position will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial - Bank reconciliations monthly, monthly and yearly financial closeout, Accounts Receivable, Deposits, Subcontractor billing
Accounts Payable - Approve receipts and payments, coordinates check runs, resolves payment discrepancies, property taxes
Contracts and Purchase Orders - Administrate job subcontracts and purchase orders, maintain various required Certificates of Good Standing

Education and/or Experience: A High School diploma or GED is required, Associates degree or higher is required; experience and/or job-relevant certifications may be accepted in lieu of degree
Pay: The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
