Our client, globally recognized firm, is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. This role is open due to a significant recent acquisition. The individual must be open to working in a fast-paced environment. The primarly focus will be oversight of entire month-end closing process and work with the Senior Manager closely.

　　Lead, inspire, and guide a dynamic team, including a Senior Accountant, fostering professional growth and developmentEngage in the preparation and evaluation of monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and complianceExecute the monthly account reconciliations, maintaining financial integrityConduct thorough monthly variance analysisRespond to management's requests with tailored ad-hoc analyses, delivering critical financial insightsChampion a robust internal control environment, safeguarding the company's financial healthEvaluate and refine financial processes and controls, driving efficiency and effectivenessAct as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, ensuring transparent and effective communicationForge and nurture collaborative relationships with a diverse cross-functional team, enhancing team dynamics and productivity.Qualifications:
