　　The accounting manager, who reports to the Corporate Controller, will play a key role in the management and functioning of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for driving the monthly close process and completion and review of key account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and SOX controls. This position will be responsible for key functional areas of the balance sheet and core accounting processes with a focus on identification of key entries, trends and risks and development and communication of key strategies. This position requires an individual that "thinks outside the box", is a self-starter and is driven towards continuous improvement. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and growing environment and be an efficient and effective communicator both within and external to the department.

　　What you’ll do? IT’S Exciting!

　　Participate in the monthly accounting close to ensure the accuracy of consolidated financial statements including proper classification of Balance Sheet, Revenues, COGS and expenses.

　　Calculate, prepare and post monthly journal entries to Accounting system.

　　Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts as necessary.

　　Review P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for accuracy.

　　Evaluate financial trends and investigate unusual account variances, resolving identified discrepancies.

　　Practice adherence to US GAAP standards, encompassing financial consistency across organizational reporting.

　　Compile ad-hoc financial reports for upper management.

　　Collaborate with other members of the department to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to external and internal auditors.

　　Assist in the Implementation of new accounting standards or processes. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for key internal controls.

　　Work toward continuous improvement in current processes and seek new methods of analysis.

　　Perform other related duties as needed.

　　Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize various responsibilities.

　　Cultivates and maintains a priority around transparency, accuracy, diligence, timeliness, and teamwork.

　　Strong cross functional written and communication skills required.

　　An inquisitive mindset will be beneficial in this role. Being able to get to the detail but also being able to step back and analyze the bigger picture will be key to developing your career in this space.

　　Strong systems skills (e.g., ERP, Blackline, Microsoft preferred)

　　Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

　　Minimum of demonstrated 5 years of experience.
