As the Accounting Manager YOU are responsible for driving structure to the finance department through its reporting, analytics, and operational data. In this role, you will report to the Finance Director and on a given day, you might find yourself: Providing guidance and deliverables for all aspects of AOP planning and forecast updates including monthly and quarterly recasts Providing context and prioritization in budgeting for the US market Leading monthly US BPR reporting and providing context for the group BPR Gathering and ensuring accuracy for monthly finance KPIs Managing collections and implement methods to improve efficiency (e.g., credit card payment process, review/amend payment terms) Lead hedging strategy and provide insight into FX effects on margin and pricing Identifying opportunities and drive solutions for margin improvement Qualifications The Challenge To thrive, you should: Be able to monitor margin variance and provide guidance on identifying, controlling, and reducing leakage Ensure SOX compliance through training and enforcement of approvals and controls Be able to problem solve using data analytics and collaboration Be able to effectively communicate with different teams while developing strong business relationships while providing functional leadership Be able to manage cash flow strategy, including FX, payments, collections, and expense reductions Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance How you can stand out Leading finance KPI suggestions for improvements of metrics Leading weekly AOP progress meetings to guide business performance against forecast/targets Completing all revenue reporting and ensure new streams are reported accurately Completing cash conversion model to translate real cash flow into JBT model for real time reporting Advanced Excel Skills About JBT Proseal JBT Proseal has a strong reputation built upon our desire to tackle new challenges and drive innovation.
